Home Again
Home Again is a new apartment hotel that offers 21 brand new,
spacious apartments in the heart of Stavanger.
The apartments are from 27 to 40 square meters and are personal, stylish, practical and located in a quieter part of town. All apartments are conveniently furnished with good beds, and all you need for both long and short stays.
Here you will find accommodation in Stavanger, in brand new apartments.
The flexibility you meet at Home Again is quite unique. In our apartment hotel you can rent the apartment for a day, a week, or even a year. We can set up deals with your company which provides both predictability and even better prices for long term rentals.

Free WiFi
We have free WiFi in all our apartments, and plenty of place to work from our apartments.
Close to transit
All our locations are in the city center in a pedestri-anized street, we don’t have any parking spaces.
Bedroom Comforts
The apartments is close to everything in the city center, but in a more relaxed and quieter part of town.
Dishwasher
Each apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen w/ dishwasher and oven.
TV facilities
All apartments are equipped with cable TV in the livingroom and TV with Netflix in the bedroom.
Washer & Dryer
The bathrooms are equipped with both washer and dryer in one machine.
Cleaning
If you stay for more than six nights, you will get free cleaning every 6th day. And offcourse – free cleaning when checkout.
Coffee Maker
Each apartment is equipped with a Nespresso coffe maker with coffee capsules.

Restaurants
The varied smells of the city centre come from an increasing amount of different kitchens, such as Michelin-starred restaurants RE-NAA and Sabi Omakase. In the region, you will also find a growing appetite for food and drink festivals, with Gladmatfestivalen in July as the biggest of its kind.
We will be glad to recommend restaurants for your stay.
Sightseeing
Famed for its many natural attractions and old wooden houses, the Stavanger region is on the radar of nearly every visitor to Norway. Here, you can explore scenic landmarks such as the Lysefjord, Sola beach, and the famous cliff Preikestolen (The Pulpit Rock) which Lonely Planet once named the world’s most breathtaking viewing platform.
Bars & Lounges
Luckily, the locals populate Stavanger’s places to drink at most hours. Just go where there are people and laughter, whether it is a cool coffee bar or a joint for drinks. We will be glad to recommend bars and places with live music for your stay.
Do you offer parking spaces?
Since all our locations are in the city center in a pedestrianized street, we don’t have any parking spaces. It is a two-minute walk to the closest parking lot which costs 200 NOK per 24 hours.
Where are the apartments located?
Both of our apartment buildings are located in Nygata. Please double check upon arrival if you have booked into number 1 or number 16.
Is cleaning included?
Yes, on your checkout day. If you stay for more than six nights, you will get free cleaning every 6th day. Please contact us on post@homeagain.no if you would like your apartment cleaned at an additional charge.
Is there an elevator in the building?
Sorry, but none of our apartments have an elevator.
Are there English-speaking TV channels available?
There are both Norwegian and English channels, as well as Netflix free of charge.
Can I bring a pet?
Pets are nott allowed in any of our apartments.
Do you offer smoking rooms?
All of our apartments are non-smoking but have a designated smoking area outside.
Is breakfast included?
No, breakfast is not included.
Checkin & Checkout
On the day of your arrival, you will be sent a wireless mobile key via email. This is an app that allows you to check yourself in and open your door when you are outside the apartment and connected to our WIFI network. You will also have hotel key cards in your room that you can use during your stay. Please let us know upon arrival and we will arrange to let you in when you arrive. You will also get regular hotel key cards you can use during your stay.
When you are ready to leave, 11:00 at the latest, just leave your key cards in the room and close the door behind you.
Check in is self service
That means on the day of your check in you will get a wireless mobile key. You use an app for both checking yourself in and unlocking the door.
