Where are the apartments located?
We have three different adresses. Nygata1, Nygata 16 and Kirkegata 30. Please double check what address you have booked. It will say in the Mobilekey app.
Is there an elevator in the building?
Are there English-speaking TV channels available?
There are both Norwegian and English channel.
What do you provide?
The apartments have linens, towels, handsoap, shampoo, coffee and both soap for the dishwasher and for handwashing.
Do you offer smoking rooms?
Do you offer parking spaces?
Since all our locations are in the city center in a pedestrianized street, we don’t have any parking spaces. Go to www.stavanger-parkering.no to read more about the parking offers in the city center.
Is breakfast included?
No, we dont offer breakfast.
Is cleaning of my apartment included?
Yes, on your checkout day. If you stay for more than six nights, you will get free cleaning every 7th day. Please contact us on post@homeagain.no if you would like your apartment cleaned at an additional charge.
How do I make a reservation?
Follow the link “search available lodgings” to make your reservation. You can also send us an email at post@homeagain.no and we can help you make a reservation.
How can I cancel or change my reservation?
How do I pay for my stay?

Do you have any age limit?
Where do I check in?
On the day of your arrival, you will be sent a code for the door and a code for a wireless mobile key via email. You will also have hotel key cards in your room that you can use during your stay.
What if I don’t have a smart phone or know how to operate it?
Please let us know upon arrival and we will arrange how to let you in when you arrive. You will also get regular hotel key cards you can use during your stay.
I am outside the building, but cannot get in.
Can I check in early?
I am arriving late, is that ok?
You can check in whenever you like after 15:00 o’clock.

I have lost my key and can’t get my mobile key to work?
What should I do with the garbage?
Nygata 1 and Nygata 16: You have a garbage disposal bin outside on the terrace.
Kirkegata 30: You have a garbage disposal right inside the main entrance on the left side.
When must it be quiet?

How do I use the washing machine?
All apartments in Nygata 1, Kirkegata 30 and the apartments 101, 102, 103 and 106 in Nygata 16 are washer/dryers.
104 and 105 are only washing machine. If they won’t start, make sure to close the hatch on the tumbler inside properly, and reset the mice by turning the know to 0.

Do you offer luggage storage?
Yes, in Nygata 1 it’s possible to store your luggage on top of the stairs. In Kirkegata underneath the stairs and in Nyagta 16 behind the metall door downstairs. Please send us an email at post@homeagain.no upon arrival/departure to make the necessary arrangements.
